Your three support services
Online technical support via our e-support is included with the purchase of your solution. Depending on your needs, we also offer you fast customer care with the Booster ticket and a Privilege assistance via our Services Plus offer.
E-supportThe e-support is included with the purchase of your equipment. Your requests, via the online support, are taken care of within 72h (average deadline noted). Once your equipment is registered, you benefit from privileged access to all the technical documentation relative to your solution, and will find all the answers to your questions concerning the installation and use of your material.
Booster ticketWe answer your most urgent questions/requests within 2 hours maximum. You just need to directly register your ticket online, and you will benefit from a personalized care. One of our technicians will proceed with a diagnostic and will personally accompany you in the search for a solution, regardless of the incident.
Services PlusInstallation support upon delivery of your equipment, privileged access to our corrective support and remotely performed preventive maintenance operations are all offered for a duration of 2 or 5 years (renewable). Also included is an extended parts warranty for the duration of your contract.
